I’m trying to open the Fitbit app but it’s saying my email has already been registered. I previously entered another Fitbit but want to register my new one.

So you already have a Fitbit account. Just add your new Fitbit device to your existing account. If you don't remember your Fitbit account password, you can recover it following this link:
