Can’t add any apps Charge 5

I can see most apps are compatible with the Charge 5 but when I want to install them they’re all unavailable. My country is the Netherlands and my device is in Dutch if it helps. What can I do? All the standard apps are working just fine.

I appreciate all the information that you've shared about this inconvenience with your Charge 5. 

Could you please provide a few extra details? Let me know what are the apps that you're having trouble to download. In the meantime, make sure that you've tried completing the three pulse restart: 

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times (end of the USB cable), pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

In addition, you can try setting up your Charge 5 as a new device in your accountLet me know if you continue to have the same problem afterwards.
