I can see most apps are compatible with the Charge 5 but when I want to install them they’re all unavailable. My country is the Netherlands and my device is in Dutch if it helps. What can I do? All the standard apps are working just fine.

Could you please provide a few extra details? Let me know what are the apps that you're having trouble to download. In the meantime, make sure that you've tried completing the three pulse restart:
In addition, you can try setting up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account. Let me know if you continue to have the same problem afterwards.
