Can't configure ECG

While my phone account is set to Brasil, my fitbit account location is set to Canada and I am located in Canada. The ECG app is available on my charge 5 but everytime I try to use it, it asks me to configure it in the app on mobile but I'm never able to click on "Init", the button is just disabled. My phone is in portuguese too, not sure if it means anything.

 

The only reason I bought this is for ECG, I already contacted support on twitter but it is as helpful as asking the same questions to my dog.

Thank you for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5 and the ECG feature. 

I was able the verify the ECG is indeed not available in Brazil for the moment; you can check the complete list of countries here. However, this feature is restricted by location, so if you live in Canada, you should have access to it. If you haven't done so already, please try the following steps: 

  • Remove the device in the Fitbit app.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
  • Set up the device again in your account.
  • Try setting up the ECG feature one more time.
