There are a few of us with the same issue. I have tried everything they suggested but nothing has worked. They said they would forward to a higher status but haven’t heard back yet. Keep watching the boards. Good luck, very annoying.

I am using iOS 16.2 and Fitbit 3.73 and I am not experiencing this issue.
Best AnswerI was using the same iOS and Fitbit version as you are. The customer service person told me to update it and that would take care of the problem. I did it but nothing changed. It’s got to be some else that’s causing this.
