My Charrge 5 says No recent activity, I’ve checked how to sort this, but can’t find any reference to friends in settings on the website.

There are a few of us with the same issue. I have tried everything they suggested but nothing has worked. They said they would forward to a higher status but haven’t heard back yet. Keep watching the boards. Good luck, very annoying.

@Elektrasal @rgreger Please provide what version of Android or iOS you are using and your Fitbit app version.
I am using iOS 16.2 and Fitbit 3.73 and I am not experiencing this issue.

I was using the same iOS and Fitbit version as you are. The customer service person told me to update it and that would take care of the problem. I did it but nothing changed. It’s got to be some else that’s causing this.

In another discussion I found this post that, apparently describes the solution (I don't have this problem so I can't confirm)
