On my charge 5 I cannot log any temperature.
I saw that a similar topic to this was closed by a moderator but no real answers were given.
I have the tile installed as you can see from the screen shot but it shows no data at all.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app but no change.
I can't face the stress of being fobbed off again from CS so if someone could please advise me on here that would be great.

@FifiMS The Charge 5 has sensors that measure skin temperature. It measures your sleeping skin temperature for several days to establish your baseline. The Charge 5 reports a skin temperature variation from your baseline. This is one of your Health Metrics. It doesn't give actual values, just a variation.
One of your screenshots is showing you the option to log a core temperature which is measured with a mouth, ear, or temporal thermometer. A skin temperature from your wrist is a peripheral skin temperature.

On top screen cap, at top right it has + sign and gear icon. Looks like you tapped + sign, correctly, to get next screen where it says core temp 0. If you tap that 0, you get a cursor at the left, and numeric keypad opens at bottom of screen to enter internal temp.
Another way to get to these is to tap Edit button near top right of Today screen, scroll down to "Additional Stats" and look for "Temperature" tile to add, which really means internal temp. Then it shows up as Log Symptoms (including temp).

Yeah I can do all that. So do I have to enter the temp myself? As in taken with a thermometer?
I thought wearing the device measured your temp???

Your original post complained that you cannot log any temperature, but now you say yes you can log the temperature, so maybe you can see how it could be tough to understand what exactly it is you want.
There are two temperatures here. One is the skin temperature which Fitbit, at least some models, measures every night while you are asleep. The other temperature is internal temperature which is what would tell say if you have a fever. Fitbit has no way of measuring that, but it does allow you to measure it yourself and log your entries and have Fitbit plot them for you

Ok so I'll rephrase my question.
Does the Fitbit charge 5 measure the skins temperature??
