I’ve tried pressing the buttons and taking it on and off the charger and turning blue tooth on and off and i can’t get my Fitbit to pair. It had no issue pairing on its own and now I can’t get it to pair at all. Iv reset it deleted the app re downloaded it turned my phone on and off deleted all of the data from the Fitbit and still nothing . Please someone give me an answer besides “turn it off and back on”

You can require Fitbit to replacement!

You've probably already tried this, but just to make sure, did you try resetting the fitbit in the settings menu on the device? You'll lose any data since your last sync, but it may get you past that pairing issue. That having been done, if it still won't pair then it's time for a refund or a chargeback.

Contact Fitbit by phone and ask if your device is "locked". Mine won't pair and it's because Fitbit locked the device I've been wearing for last 11 months.
