went swimming yesterday for ~30 minutes in shoulder-height water. Since 4:30 pm yesterday the watch has been unresponsive, I have tried the quick reset button, still unresponsive. I’ve cleaned all ports as directed, with fresh water and a cloth.
getting disappointed in the FitBit brand - this is the second Charge 5 I got after the first one would not hold a charge. Customer service offered to send a replacement, and now that I took a swim, the replacement is also unresponsive! Very frustrating 😞
