So I kept getting “Charge 5 not found” when I was trying to pair my Charge 5 to my iPhone, and I spent hours trying every fix I could find, but nothing helped at all.
I believe my issue was having my Charge 5 already on the charger when I started the set up process. If you are having the same issue, wait to connect it until the screen comes up that says to “charge your charge 5 during set up”.
Not sure if it had anything to do with having the older firmware version, 188.58, or what. Hope this can help someone going through this, cuz it was very frustrating, and I couldn’t find this fix anywhere else.

I wanted to add that another thing that helped was using my Android tablet instead, I was able to pair it the very first try.

That makes me wonder if there is not some problem with your computer's BT,wifi, and antennas...?
