Can’t re-setup Charge 5

I accidentally deleted the charge five on the website dashboard. The Fitbit app does not have the charge 5 listed any more. I told Bluetooth to forget the Charge 5 but it sill auto connects before I can set it up as a new device.

I appreciate the information provided about this inconvenience with your Charge 5. 

 

Could you please confirm what is the version of the operating system running in your phone? In the meantime, make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here

 

You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to check if you see the Charge 5 listed.

I deleted all of the unused Bluetooth devices from the Apple menu and then try it again and it worked
