Can't sync my Charge 5 today

My Charge 5 will not sync today.  I have followed all of the instructions for fixing it but nothing works.  I am using an iPhone11.  I have forced quit the App, turned Bluetooth off and on, reopened the App and tried to sync but it still won't work.  I have turned off my phone and restarted it. It continues to track my steps, heartrate.  It did not give me my sleep information that I really rely on.  I'm very upset to be without the sync information.

I am interested to see so many people are having the same problems with their Fitbit as I am. I hope a fix is coming soon!!

My Charge 5 is only 5 weeks old and had been working very well until this morning.

I appreciate all the information that you've shared about the difficulty you're experiencing with your Charge 5 and the troubleshooting steps that you already tried. 

It seems that some users were experiencing issues to sync their Charge 5 a few days ago, but this problem should now be resolved and you should now be able to sync as usual. If you continue to have any problem, please make sure that you've followed the steps listed here below as well: 

  • Try all the steps listed here to resolve general syncing problems.
  • Make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here.
  • Keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
