Official Fitbit Product, Hook & Loop Accessory Band LAME

Ordered this velco-like, cloth-like wrist band less than 2-months ago and is falling off. The hook & loop mechanism is not strong enough. I tried to return it on Amazon but it says to refer to Support. The return window closed only a month after I bought it (also lame) so am wondering if others have had this problem and what they did about it.

In this case, if the wristband you mentioned is an official Fitbit product, I do recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. They will let you know what are the options available for you.
