Ordered this velco-like, cloth-like wrist band less than 2-months ago and is falling off. The hook & loop mechanism is not strong enough. I tried to return it on Amazon but it says to refer to Support. The return window closed only a month after I bought it (also lame) so am wondering if others have had this problem and what they did about it.
