All the information about updating software on my Charge 5 show a different screen (profile icon on the left rather than the right) than what I have on my app. If I click on the profile icon on the right of the screen, I don't find the menu that is suggested. Help? How do I update my Charge 5 software?

Hello @lottiblackrocks and welcome to the Community. Please tap on the device/battery icon in the upper left of your Fitbit app, then your Charge 5 image. The update option is on that page. Unfortunately, many searches take us to out of date pages.

Hi I have the same issue and on the device page no update appears. I'm on version 188.58 but the latest is 194.91

Hi there. Yes I have and I tried it on another device but still no update pops up. Is there another way to install the update?
