Hi, @SECHMARNEY sounds like a temporary internet glitch. I would recommend trying again if you are trying to set up a new Fitbit or syncing one already in use. A quick google doesn’t show any current issues specific to Fitbit.
Please do post again if you are continuing to have difficulty with as much information as possible.
