If you are looking for your Cardio Fitness score, it's in the Heart page below the Time in heart rate zones graphs. Scroll up on the Heart page to find it. You can tap on Cardio Fitness Score to open a new page which will provide more information on this metric.

Hello @Anton007
Are you an iOS or Android user? I'm an Android user and have gotten 2 app updates this week.
Have you had a chance to check to see if you have an update for the Fitbit app?

Answer from app developer: this feature did not meet the standard. So they took it out. They expect to put the improoved version back again soon.

@RiekoC This seems to be related to an Android app update. iOS users still see the screens shown in the Cardio fitness score Help article.

Hi @LZeeW
Thank you for letting me know that this issue seems to affect Android users.
By any chance, are you international users and use a non-English version of the Android Fitbit app? I saw a thread where an international user discovered that they can see the Cardio Fitness score when they changed their language to English, but it's not there when they switch the Fitbit app back to their native language.

Yes! This is a great tip. I set the language to American English and cardio condition appeared again. Thank you!

Hello @Anya22
Thank you for confirming that you see the cardio condition after switching the language to English.
Please keep watching for app updates. Hopefully, a future app update will fix this problem so that you don't have to switch to English to see your cardio condition information.

After the update it is gone. This is the bottom. There really is no cardio fitness score anymore.

Hello @Bellaaa
Changing the language to English is a workaround. I saw a user who is experiencing this issue reported that they contacted Support. Support told them that they know about this issue and are working on fixing it. Hopefully, it won't be too much longer before they are able to fix the problem and you won't need to use a workaround.

Today I received an update from Fitbit. But without the desired cardiofitnesstool.
It would have made more sense if they only removed the old part when they had the improved version available.
And I still haven't heard from Fitbit that there will be an improved version. It seems more like they want us to buy another watch.

Imagine if a Fitbit function is only available if you set your Fitbit to Dutch. All English and American Fitbit users must change the settings of their Fitbit Charge 5 to Dutch.
Come on, do it. From now on, change your Fitbit to Dutch. What would you say?
