Hi all

My Fitbit app used to show an accurate score but now shows a range. No matter how many runs I record, it still just shows a range.

Is this an 'Improvement' or do I need to do something/ look elsewhere on the app?

TIA

@SuffolkFox is the GPS working correctly during your runs? To get a precise Fitness Score, the app needs to use pace and heart rate, so you do need GPS data.

Hello @SuffolkFox

I took a look at my cardio fitness in the Fitbit app and saw that it's reported as a range. As best as I can remember, my cardio fitness was always reported as range and not a specific value.

Just to confirm we're looking at the same thing, please share where you're looking in the Fitbit app for your cardio fitness.

I'll admit it has been a while - but it did used to be a specific value. If it was a range, you did a 10 run and it would return a specific number...

Yes, it goes through to Strava so I know it's working...

@SuffolkFox how are you tracking your runs? I'm not positive about this, but I think you need to start and end them in the Fitbit app to get it to calculate a precise Fitness Score.

@SuffolkFox could you try starting your runs in the Fitbit app on your phone?

My cardio fitness/active minute zone has been rather high recently on Wednesdays for some reason, although I do go to college, so maybe that's why because I do a bit more exercise when I'm there.?
