My clock face is now stuck on heart rate and I can't swipe to anything else

Hello @SunsetRunner 

The first troubleshooting step to try is restarting your Charge 5 using the charging cable that came with your device. This article has the instructions: How do I restart my Fitibit? (<-- click link) and scroll down to Charge 5 and Charge 6
