Challenges are not visible on the app

I cannot see the challenges I'm in on the fitbit app. I have my email set up to get notified when I receive a request to join a challenge. ...in order to join a challenge I have to click from the email. Now,  when I go to the actual fitbit app to try  to join the challenges,  I cannot join. I cannot see any of my challenges I had just jjoin.whats the problem?..this has been going on for months..is there a solution to this issue?

Hi, thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your challenges, @SunsetRunner. 

 

Before considering other options, please try the following steps: 

 

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache and Cookies for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings.
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see your challenges and use the other functions you mentioned earlier. 
  • If you're still having this problem, please try removing the Charge 5 from your account and set it up again as a new device

Let me know if you're able to see your challenges afterwards.

Hi and thank you for responding..the first steps unfortunately didn't solve my issue.  So I went ahead and removed the charge 5 from my account and added it back as a new device  as you suggested,  that worked.. I can see all my challenges now.. Thank you very much..😄
