I cannot see the challenges I'm in on the fitbit app. I have my email set up to get notified when I receive a request to join a challenge. ...in order to join a challenge I have to click from the email. Now, when I go to the actual fitbit app to try to join the challenges, I cannot join. I cannot see any of my challenges I had just jjoin.whats the problem?..this has been going on for months..is there a solution to this issue?

Hi and thank you for responding..the first steps unfortunately didn't solve my issue. So I went ahead and removed the charge 5 from my account and added it back as a new device as you suggested, that worked.. I can see all my challenges now.. Thank you very much..😄
