I have been getting shorter battery life for past month or so, screen wasnt always responsive the past few weeks but as of Saturday June 17th my charge screen will not work. I have tried the reset, contacted customer support and I am awaiting an escalated response. The app shows 100% battery life but nothing from the charge 5... isnt tracking anything either as its not showing step count in the app. How frustrating!!!

My fitbit screen isn't working either. The app does reflect 100% charge and some steps since I put the back watch on. Screen on fitbit remains black. This happened this morning after being in the charger overnight as I thought my watch was dead. Perhaps it wasn't after all. So weird.
