Hello. My Fitbit is stucked in a black screen. I’ve done more than 20 attempts to restart, more than 6 clock faces changes and nothing worked. The only thing that happens when I try to restart is a vibration. No Fitbit logo, no smiley face. I tried to reset it, not a good idea, I cannot read the code on the device because the screen is totally black, so now I do not have a device in my Fitbit account. I’ve been contacting the support since Tuesday but always the same instructions that do not work. Or the chat is interrupted and I have to explain again and again the problem to each “new” attendant. I’m totally convinced that the solution is to replace it by a new one. But the support keeps asking me the same questions. It is still in warranty. Now I cannot even chat to support, cause it seems to be in looping. I live in Brasil, so my only chance is to chat with the support. I hope that someone could help me.thank you
