Anyone else experience aggressively high HR estimations which likely leads to a significantly higher estimate for calories burned?
For me, HR seems okay when at rest/walking (resting is roughly 58 bpm). But when I start a weight lifting exercise, my charge 5 tells me I sustain an average HR of 135 BPM and burn over 1000 calories (roughly 1.5 hours from when I hit start/finish).
For context, I’m 27, 6’0 and roughly 190.
