The alarm on my Charge 5 regards working as optional. It seems to set, and sometimes does, but even set it frequently doesn’t go off. With the Charge 4 I thought it would be great to be able to set the alarm directly on the watch, but I’ve changed my mind completely. The Charge has been three step backwards to an audio alarm for me.

I've had every version of the Charge. I now have a 5 and the alarm is not reliable. One feature, can't get everything perfect, right? Wrong. The SOUL reason I wear a Fitbit is for the silent alarm. It's my alarm clock ... works well in a marriage where we get up at different times. I've been burned several times now by the alarm not going off. WTH? This is entirely unacceptable. How about a bug fix ... please.

Riddle me this, support team. I have 4 alarms set. 6:00 and 6:05 which go off Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I have another at 5:20 and 5:25 on Monday/Wednesday. 5:20 and 5:25 work, but 6:00/6:05 don’t. The alarm was the only thing that worked reliably on the disaster called the Sense, which is why I went back to the Charge series. I’m tired of jumping through hoops with everything Fitbit.

Exactly the same issue as John1D. I have reset my Fitbit 100 times and done the harder reset with the button. No alarms are working.

Wish I'd seen this thread before purchasing a charge 5 recently! The only way to get my alarm to start working again has been to perform a factory reset on the device and set it up again. Based on other experiences I've read, this won't last. Here's hoping, unless Google are just planning to let Fitbit die a slow death so we all buy Pixel watches?
