Is there an option for me to return my mobile app to the old version of the app? The look of the new app is not user friendly and makes me not want to use it or pay the extra fee for premium. What about folks that have sensitivity to light or white backgrounds. I would think a health app would have taken that into consideration and at least provide options to change the background to black or less white. Our beta tested with users first before such a drastic change.
I agree. Muddy colours (brown & green) in the heart rate graph, no colour differentiation on the front page. It makes me not want to use it. Premium may not be any better.
The new app is horrible, and has less functionality, for sure! If you want to change your goals on the main part of the app, swipe right (after hitting the pencil icon) and reconfigure from there. No idea why they make it difficult to find these features!
It looks like it's been removed. Both on the App and the Charge 5 forums, people are saying it has gone, and that we now have to put the phone on the charger to easily see what charge is left. Such a retrograde step!
