When I open app and click on exercise days it just freezes and I have to close and go back in. Also, only shows my latest exercise for the day. I used to be able to look all all the exercises I did in a day. Fitbit says they are working on the problem, but it’s been well over a week and still not fixed. Any ideas?

I've seen other users report that the app crashes when they click on the Exercise days tile. As you noted, Fitbit has acknowledged the issue and is working on fixing the problem. So far, I haven't seen a timeline for the fix.
At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting that we can recommend since the issue is on the Fitbit side.

I’ve also been having this issue and it’s so stinking annoying. My Fitbit doesn’t automatically recognize my weight lifting sessions and I can’t log them in the app thanks to this glitch. Seems like they’d get this prioritized since I’ve found complaints about it going back like a year or more.

I have been emailing Fitbit and all they say is that they are working on it. Very frustrating
