The time was off on my charge 5, so I synced. Then the Fitbit logo appeared but device became unresponsive. I recently charged so I know it’s not the battery. Currently at a black screen, I’ve been trying to get it to restart using the charging cord button, pressing 3 times to no avail. The Fitbit vibrates when I press the button on the charger. Any advice?
