Charge 5 Backplate

Where can you buy a replacement backplate for a Charge 5 in the UK? I have only had this since the beginning of the year and the contact point has sensor has come off. 

I contacted Google yesterday and was told there was no warranty as this was sent as a replacement to my old Charge 3 (which was wiped out when Google applied a software update). The call handler was quite rude and terminated my call as I was attempting to tell him that I had not received his email.

I am feeling very disillusioned by this poor customer service.

Hi, @ACGH51 , sometimes you can find Fitbit parts on the internet - try EBay.  Unfortunately there are no official repair centres or parts suppliers.

Tried ebay, Amazon and Etsy...can't find anything unfortunately 😕

Hi @ACGH51.  Joe's Gaming & Electronics sells ALL kind of Fitbit parts, including the back cover for a Charge 5.  They ship internationally and also sell repair tool kits.  I found one UK site, but they can only provide screen replacement on a Charge 5.
