Out of no where, my charge 5 screen started to become lines. I contacted support and they told me to do all the things I've done. It's funny how they expected me to be able to find the settings app, when they knew that my screen was literally not understandable. Anyways, they didn't provide much assistance, so I was wondering if anyone had the same problem and was able to fix it on their own somehow. I've already tried:
- Resetting (the button thing on the charger)
- Changing the clock face
- Trying to find settings (somehow) and hardware reset it
Honestly, I'm sort of done with Fitbit, as my last few devices have also died out of no where. I really hope that the products will be better, but I'm sure that this device will be my last.
Thank you beforehand.

Update:
I drained the battery and then restarted it with the button on the charger and now it's fixed. Fitbit Support just told me to continuously buy a new one.

How do you drain the battery? Mine stopped syncing at 88% and I've had it plugged in doing "press-the-button-3-times-waiting-1-second between-each-press" thing so it's probably 100% now.

I just left it off of the charger for like 8 days.
Also, my watch just returned back to the crazy state after one day of use, so I'm just leaving it off for now.

Sorry to bother you, just another update, after leaving it out for like 8 hours (the battery wasn't drained) my watch went back to normal, but after like 15 minutes of use it went back to the corrupted state.
