Hello @Wford

There's an unconventional method that a user tried when their Charge 5 was stuck on the Fitbit logo. They were able to get their device working again after exposing it to freezer temps. This method has worked for some, but not all users experiencing this issue.

If you would like to try this method, this thread (<-- click) describes the process. Although there's no guarantee that this will work for you, it might be worth a try.

-That's so bizarre. Mine is also only showing the fitbit logo, the red light under the unit is solid and always on, my device also charged to 76%.

coincidence?

I put it in the freezer overnight and now it's completely dead. It was worth a try! Ordered another fitbit

It's working!!!! It must not have thawed enough when I checked it before! I already ordered a new one, of course!

Freezer worked for me!!!!

I am having the same issue with the logo, however I was about to find the reset button on my charger, but that did nothing.  I told my Bluetooth to forget the device and now it won’t show up in the list.  Are there any other fixes? The happened at 2:45am and woke me up because it was so bright.

Hi. Please help. Also encountered the same issue yesterday with my Fitbit charge 5 becoming non responsive. I checked forums and YouTube videos for those with similar issues before finding this one.

I’ve done the 2 hour charge option, pressed the reset button on the cable 3x with 1s intervals, and all I was getting was the Fitbit logo flashing constantly. So much so that it flashed constantly that the battery ran out. I reconnected to the charger this morning and it was still doing the constant logo flashing.

Please help

It seems they are going to brick every Charge 5 before taking actions and liabilities.

Thanks for the replies and have tried the freezer hack too but no joy. Just the Fitbit logo flashing constantly before it drains the battery. Anyone from Fitbit/Google on these chats to provide an answer please?
