Hi.
Seems like I no longer have the ECG Icon on my Charge 5 or in the app?
Please advise.

Oh, I see @SunsetRunner . It can be hard to guess a person's situation from short messages.
Thank you for coming back and saying thank you! I'm really grateful for that!
I don't have the ECG App in my country, so don't know any specifics.
It's probably an idea to check the Apps Gallery in the App on your phone to see if it's there ready to install again or not. If it's not, how about erasing the App and then re-installing it? You could also try restarting your Charge 5 either by going through the Settings on the device itself and selecting Restart Device, or through the charger. In that situation, connect it to the charger, then press the button at the USB end 3 times.
It's also a good idea to make sure both the App and the Charge 5 are on the latest versions. The App is on 3.55, I think and the Charge 5 is 20001.149.11.
I hope one of these things works for you.

Hello @SunsetRunner
Have you gone overseas recently? You might be in a place where the ECG hasn't been approved yet.
If you scroll down to the bottom of this page you can check the countries where it is available.
I hope that helps a bit.

Thank you for all the advice. You won't believe it, as I'm reading your reply, the fitbit starts to update, and there the ECG Icon is back. 😅
Will definitely keep all this in mind next time it decides to disappear.
Thank you. 👍🏼

I have the same problem with my Fitbit Charge 5. I bought the devise in Dec 2021 and the ECG app worked on my devise for two months then disappeared from my devise. The ECG app is no longer in the app section on the phone. I have tried restarting the devise using the devise and and the charging lead. I have checked that the devise and phone app are updated. I don’t know what to do next.

@Hazel75 Thank you for sharing that you've been having the same inconvenience with your Charge 5.
Keep in mind that the ECG feature is not available in all countries for the moment. I recommend that you review this list periodically to check if your country has been added. If you're currently located in a country where this app is not supported, you won't be able to download and use the app for the moment.
If your country is indeed listed and you're still having the same problem with the app not showing you the option to download the ECG app, please try the following:
I'll be around.
