Did FitBit get rid of the Heart Rhythm Assessment report? I've been having palpitations, including recording one while using the ECG app, but I can't find the report to print out. All I see as an option is the Wellness Report.

The Irregular Rhythms & Heart Rhythm reports are under Discover, Assessments & Reports.
Have you turned on Irregular Rhythm notifications? https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2467.htm
As someone who has experienced AFib, myself, there are many different heart rhythms (PVCs, NSVT, AFib, etc). Palpitations is a fairly generic term (to me at least), so I can't say if these would have been detected by Fitbit. I can only say that in the last 9 months I have had AFib twice, and both times I received notifications in the app for those events.

I have irregular rhythms enabled. I am not having irregular rhythms.
My heart is skipping beats, followed by a much stronger beat. I saw it on the 30-second ECG when I performed the ECG test during an episode. There was an obvious pause and then spike in the line.
I was hoping that there was a record of the ECGs even if rhythm is normal.

@Writeasrain I don't know if they keep the ECGs even for the detected irregular rhythms. I'll have to look at the details of each notification (I have never looked before). If there is no irregular rhythm detected I doubt they would keep the ECG data. The Fitbit trackers have a limited amount of storage.
There are a number of "portable ecg devices". I use a small, portable, 6L (six lead) device which will record an ECG and saves it. I can then send that to my cardiologist as a PDF file.
