Charge 5 ECG app crashes

Still not fixed.  My Charge 5 crashes while attempting to use ECG app.  I have tried the suggested fix and it does not work (plug in charger, press reset 3 xs).  It restarts the device but I am unable to use the ECG app.  I am unwilling to completely reset my device at this time.

 I’d appreciate an honest response about the ECG app on Charge 5.  Why hasn’t the bug been fixed?  Ever since Google took over Fitbit it seems like I have more problems.  I expect better from Google.
