Hello… 

So I was able to use the EGC function on my watch but now I am not able to use it anymore. Has it something to do with me visiting Bosnia right now? Is this function not working in Bosnia for whatever reasons..?

Hi, it's good to see you visiting the community forums for the first time, @FM00. 

Thank you for the details you provided about this issue with your Charge 5.  

As you mentioned earlier, unfortunately the ECG feature is not available in all countries for the moment and it's restricted by location, so this would be the reason why you're not able to use it during your trip.  This feature often requires the approval of certain agencies and institutions of each country before they can be activated for use. I recommend that you review this list periodically to check if the country you're visiting has been added.

Basically thats what I thought. But now I am 100% clear.. thank you a lot and kinda stupid that it needs an approval from countries to use this function… I mean what are the arguments for it to not legalize it?

That would depend entirely on the country, since they have different regulations to approve devices that provide this type of information.
