I  changed Charge 4 to Charge 5 and can't access my profile to change  activities  etc

Could you please provide a few more details about this problem? Let me know what you see and if you're able to see all your information and activities and what exactly is happening when you try to change them.

Thanks for your reply. I resorted to calling Fitbit customer services and the issues are now resolved.
