Just got my Charge 5 and wanted to try out the ECG but after it directs me to the app, it doesn't give me any further instructions besides review results. But, there are no results because it hasn't run the scan. Everything is up to date as far as I can tell. Please help!!

Thank you for all the information provided about the problem you're experiencing with your Charge 5.
Before considering other options, make sure to check if you live in a country where the ECG feature is supported. I recommend that you review this list periodically to check if your country has been added.
If you do live in a country where the feature is available, please try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account and make sure the app is updated to the latest version available. Let me know if you're able to see the ECG feature directly on the device.
In addition, there are a few reason why you may not be getting an EGC scan. Make sure to review the information in this article as well.
