Charge 5 Exercise App not working?

Hello everyone, I started using my Charge 5 not too long ago and it has been working fine. This pas week, all the exercises I do with it never retain their data and don't transfer onto the app. It's as if I had never done them. I am very confused by this and don't know if it's a glitch in their app or my watch is not functionning properly. Anyone got nay tips?

Thank you for all the information provided about this inconvenience with your Charge 5. 

I noticed you mentioned the exercise app, but just to confirm, let me know how are these activities being recorded. Are these exercises tracked automatically or using the exercise shortcuts on the device itself? 

If you haven't done so already, please make sure to try the three pulse restart method described here. as this has been useful for other users with similar problems. In addition, you can try setting up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account.

Hi Davide! I was indeed using the exercise shortcuts! If I do the reset, do I lose all my previous data?

@comanchee Thank you for your reply and for sharing these updates. 

You shouldn't lose any data by restarting your device, but I do recommend that you sync your Charge 5 before the restart to make sure information is transferred to your account without any problem. Let me know if you continue to have the same problem after the steps mentioned earlier.
