Currently when I go into my settings to view my exercise shortcuts there are only 6. Every article and feature site is saying there are 20+ so why am I not seeing anything beyond running, biking, swimming, treadmill, weights and interval work?

You can only have 6 loaded into your shortcuts on your App and tracker, but you can choose from a list of about 20.
If you would like to swap some, you should go into your App and select Charge 5, then Exercise Shortcuts. It should show you the ones you have now.
If you want to get rid of one, you can slide to the left to delete. That then opens up the opportunity to add a new exercise shortcut.
You can select +Exercise Shortcut and then scroll down the list of options until you find the one you want and select it.
If you want to change more of them, repeat the process.
In my case, I only want a couple of shortcuts that I regularly use so have less than 6 on my tracker. It also means less to scroll though.
