Charge 5 Face Flipped

One day I woke up and the face of my Charge 5 is upside down. Do I just switch the bands? I have restarted it via the settings on the Charge 5 and it didn’t do anything. 
I reset with the button on the charger and nothing changed. 
help me please

I appreciate all the information that you've shared about this inconvenience with your Charge 5 and about the troubleshooting steps that you already tried. 

 

Before considering other options, make sure the bands are properly placed; the band with the peg should be the top band and the one with the holes should be the bottom band. 

 

If you haven't done so already, please try changing to a different clock face to see if you continue to have the same problem. If you're still having this problem, try setting up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account.
