My Charge 5 suddenly stopped tracking my sleep 4 days ago. I have tried resetting it, turning Bluetooth off and on and reloading the app. I have also tried to clean the contacts. Nothing seems to work. I have not changed how I wear it and it was tracking sleep before. This is so frustrating because I loose about half of the functions that make my Fitbit better than a step counter.

If you haven't done so already, please make sure that you've exhausted all the troubleshooting steps listed here.
