Track your exercise not recording days Charge 5

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since Daylight Savings started my Charge 5 has stopped recording days of exercise. It shows steps, miles , zone minutes, etc., on opening screen. I can look at previous days info but when I go to "Track your exercise" it doesn't give me days I've exercised this week.

I have used both methods of restarting my Charge 5 and have restarted my phone.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @SunsetRunner.

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your days of exercise and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.

Let me know if you've been having trouble to sync any other information besides the days of exercise you mentioned earlier. In the meantime, if you're still having trouble with the app not showing you the information and you already tried the restart, please try the following:

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
  • Restart your phone.
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see the information.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app, as this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.
  • Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.

I'll be around.
