I thought I was upgrading from my Charge 4 to a 5 and it has been anything but. I am constantly having problems with it syncing. On some days it just refuses to, plus I can be sitting right next to my phone or at least in the same room and it won't alert me that I have a call coming in or a text. And if you want to talk about its tracking, yesterday I had been up for about 40 to 5 hours and it tells me I have 27 zone minutes, which is pretty amazing since I was sitting in church and then out to lunch. when it monitors my sleep it says i fall asleep at 3am when I have been in bed sleeping since about 10:30. What can I do to resolve this?
