Charge 5 Wallet keeps on having the error message “an unexpected error occurred. Please try again later”. I reset my phone, re downloaded the Fitbit app, and removed/added my card wallet but still have the error. My bank card is starling and should be compatible with Fitbit pay. The phone I use is iOS 15.0.2 the most recent update.

Hello @Rvdam this unexpected error message shows up where and when.
Is the error on your watch as your post suggests?
Does the error show up when using the Charge 5 to pay at the register?
Or does the error show in the fitbit app when setting up the card? As some users have experienced.
I've also moved your post to the Charge 5 board.

I don't have an answer but as mentioned above, have seen others mention.
A search should bring something up.
