Charge 5 Fitbit not giving Heart Rate

Charge 5 Fitbit not giving Heart Rate ,Spo2 .

Did Restart as well  , Factory Reset Fit bit and Mobile Application , Heart Rate and Heart Notification also set on , Still not working.

 

Spo2 is also not shown.

 

The Green light also not flashing at the Back ,

 

It is hardly used for 5 Months , Located in India  ,

 

Looking forward to Fitbit Support to resolve the Problem.

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing these issues with your Charge 5 and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.  

In this case, since you already tried the restart or the factory reset and you continue to experience the same problems with the heart rate, I recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. The best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. in the meantime, here below you can find other recommendations if you're having trouble to track SpO2: 

  1. Verify if your Fitbit profile has the correct location and time zone.
  2. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile icon > Charge 5 > Apps > SpO2.
  3. Make sure all the permissions are enabled.
  4. Restart your tracker again using the three pulse method with the charging cable to refresh its performance.
  5. Tap Today at the bottom of the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Wear your tracker slightly higher on your wrist to sleep and sync it with the Fitbit app once you're awake to check your details.
