Charge 5 Fully Stopped Working

On July 27, my fitbit fully stopped working. I tried restarting it multiple times and thought it worked but was only able to see the screen when it was charging. When I stopped charging it, it went back to a black screen and wouldn’t respond or sync. I was even able to update it when it responded but stopped working when I stopped charging it again. I just bought it recently too, it’s barely a month old. I don’t know what to do.

Did you put on the charger? It may takes some time. It might be just a bug
