Charge 5 GPS keeps disconnecting

Within the last couple of weeks all my GPS tracked maps on the Fitbit app have been showing a circle of doom, irrespective of the Internet connection (i.e. not an Internet issue). If I tap on an activity, I simply get the summary data and no map whatsoever! And this applies for all my activities dating right back to when I got my Charge 5 (had it 21 months now). I've tried logging off and back on, and uninstalling and reinstalling, but no luck - still the same. Anyone else having the same problem? Any ideas as to how to fix this issue?? Getting increasingly annoyed with Fitbit because I've no idea what I'm paying for these days, especially since the Dashboard was taken down. 😞

Hello @CSPR66 

There's currently an issue that affects our ability to see the data for completed exercises. This bug could be what's affecting your GPS maps since it does impact syncing. 

The team is aware of the issue and is working on a fix. Unfortunately, I haven't seen a timeline for the fix.

For now, I don't think there's any troubleshooting you can do.
