Charge 5 GPS won't connect

The GPS on my charge 5 won't connect.  I never had a problem before now.  Cloudy, sunny, rain or snow and it connected.  Now it won't.  I restarted it , I've loosened the band, tightened the band.  I just don't know.  Any help would be appreciated

I am having the same issue - some days it works and some days when I finish my bike ride and I go to stop, it has a message that says can't connect to GPS so has been reconnect.  I guess I will have to call Fitbit.  I have had it for less than a year

Same here. The first time GPS failed was after a full charge. I had it fixed by turning my BLuetooth on my iphone off and on and checking setting.  I just did a full recharge and now it won't connect again.  After 10 minutes are waiting to connect before starting my Powerwalk, I gave up.  Pace reading all off because of this and well as the mapping my route.  Beyond frustrating.
