Charge 5 - HRV not working
I contacted FitBit many times and I relayed to them that the HRV stopped working. These were their responses:
- Went through all of the processes of deleting, clearing and reinstalling - Result nothing.
- Called back a second time and they said that a firmware update was coming - Result nothing.
- Called back again today to see what the status was for the update - Result nothing
- Asked during this call about getting my money back - Result nothing
- Asked if others were having this issue, she said yes, but not all.
- Asked then if I could have a replacement, she said no as the replacement "could" have the same issue - Result nothing
- Repeated my request for a timeline on an issue that is affecting numerous customers - Result nothing.
Unsure about the rest of you, but their service is much worse since they were sold. Guess it is time to switch to Apple watch.
