My Fitbit randomly now has issues scrolling up and down on the main screen. It will not allow me to swipe and gets stuck on the payment option. I can swipe sideways no problem, but if I select an exercise, again the swiping up and down to select a specific exercise, it gets stuck and will not swipe. Very disappointed since it was previously working. Is there a fix for this? I've tried to reset my Fitbit through the device itself (was very difficult to get to this setting), and also through the button on the charger. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I appreciate the information shared about this inconvenience with your Charge 5 and for confirming that you already tried the restart procedure.
In addition to the three pulse restart you mentioned, please try changing to another clock face and check if you continue to experience the same behavior.
