The metal trim around my sensor keeps falling off. There are two notches, one on the top and one in the bottom to supposedly latch it, but that isn't working. Whatever type of adhesive they used to secure it has given out. I believe I bought before July of 2023 and tried looking for warranty information without much luck. Is there an actual email contact to connect with to see if my product is still under a warranty for this issue? Is there a recommended adhesive to use to reapply the trim? Everything else works as normal.
