OK, here we go again. My Charge 5 has ZERO data since I updated with the new firmware version. When will this issue be resolved? My Fitbit is beginning to be less reliable... second issue in a year. That's too bad since the data it provides is what keeps me using it as my go-to tracker.
Maybe it is time to just ditch it and stay with Garmin for everything, if Fitbit can't reliably give me the data it promises.
