Help!
This afternoon the screen on my Charge 5 (purchased last July 22nd from Sport Chek in Spruce Grove) went black. I've tried the three button reset multiple times with no change (though I can feel the device vibrate slightly when the button is pushed.)
I've tried to change the clock face, but the iOS app says it cannot locate my fitbit.
What do I do?
